For parcel box deliveries, only smaller packages are accepted. Larger parcels that don’t fit may be redirected to the nearest pickup point or if the box is full. Tracking information will be sent via SMS and email, with online tracking available.

🇪🇺 VAT and Shipping Costs within the European Union
Shipping prices are shown including 21% VAT. After selecting the destination country, the price is recalculated according to the VAT rate applicable in that country.
The VAT rate may differ depending on the destination country.
For shipments to other EU countries, VAT is applied according to the rate in the destination country in compliance with the One Stop Shop (OSS) rules.
The same applies to shipping costs – VAT on delivery is charged at the same rate as applicable for goods in the destination country.
Example: If an order is delivered to Germany, the German VAT rate applies to both goods and shipping.
For deliveries within the Czech Republic, the Czech VAT rate applies.
For deliveries to companies registered for VAT in another EU country that provide a valid VAT ID during the order, invoicing is done without VAT, with the tax liability shifted to the buyer.

Ordered COD and did not accept?
This situation is covered in our Terms and Conditions, section 3. If a customer refuses to accept goods sent via carrier, the seller may charge for postage, packaging, and administrative costs. The seller may refuse future COD orders or cancel payment options. The seller reserves the right to apply a contractual penalty of up to 300 CZK for Czech addresses or up to 12 EUR for Slovak addresses per case.
Prices include VAT for the Czech Republic (21%). After specifying the destination country, prices are adjusted according to the applicable VAT rate.
Default currency is Czech Koruna (CZK). EUR prices are calculated at the shop exchange rate 25 CZK/1 EUR.
