The handlebars should be roughly 5 cm below the waist or slightly higher,
The rider should grasp them comfortably, with straight arms and without hunching,
It's expected that when riding, the knees are always slightly bent.
Handlebars that are too long can be shortened by cutting,
Those that are too short need to be replaced with longer ones.
