Handlebar grips are an essential part of every stunt scooter – they ensure a comfortable grip, absorb impacts to the hands, and provide the rider with better control over riding and tricks. Without the right grips, riding would be uncomfortable and controlling the scooter more difficult.

Compatibility – most grips have a universal diameter and fit all bars.
Length – shorter grips suffice for standard bars, longer ones are suitable for wider setups.
Material – rubber is classic, but there are also grips made of foam or silicone blends.
Bar ends – protect the bars, increase safety, and enhance the appearance of the scooter. Most grips come with bar ends included. Diameter of bar ends depends on the type of bars, smaller for aluminum or larger for steel/titanium bars. Some grips have both types of ends.
Flanges – with edge (for better hand orientation) or without (greater freedom during tricks).
Grips wear out over time. You'll notice this by cracks, crumbling, or loss of traction. Soft compounds are pleasant to the touch but require more frequent replacement. Once the grips press into your hands or slip, it’s time for new ones.
Installation isn’t difficult – a bit of patience and an alcohol-based cleaner (e.g., window spray or hairspray) will help. Spray on the bars, install the grip, and once it dries, it holds like it’s glued.
