INFORMATION - DESCRIPTION
A peg is usually mounted on one side, onto the wheel axle. Some pegs allow mounting on both sides; if they do, you will find that in the specification below. To install a peg, it is necessary to replace the wheel axle with a longer one; you determine the new axle length by measuring the length of the existing axle and adding the required extension listed in the specification below. Some peg sets already include axles and adjustment washers (spacers for offsetting the peg) that can be used, but their length may not match your scooter and the axle may need to be purchased separately. Also pay attention to the shape of the deck/fork and the shape of the peg seat; some pegs have a wider taper from the start of the seat and therefore may not fit into some forks/decks, in which case you need to use spacers for offsetting or choose a peg with a different shape. If you're unsure, contact our support or service.
