The multifunctional Epicstar balance board is the result of collaboration with elite athletes and movement experts. Ideal for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. It is an excellent aid for sports where balance is key - such as skiing, snowboarding, windsurfing, kiting, martial arts, tennis, athletics, fitness, and many more.
Exercising on the Epicstar balance board helps with the rehabilitation of knees, ankles, hips and prevents injuries to these joints by strengthening the surrounding muscles - the joints become more stable.
Included in the package is a resistance bar with rubber expanders, a door anchor, and an ankle strap. This modern strengthening aid allows for systematic strengthening of all muscle groups.
The resistance expanders are a great universal tool for strengthening and stretching muscles and increasing performance during pulling exercises. The rubber can be used for both strength training with body weight and endurance training.
This set offers three pairs of expanders with different levels of resistance.
The door anchor expands the use of resistance bands. You can exercise almost as you would on a suspension system. The anchor roller is threaded through the door so that the door closes with tension, or it can be placed near the door hinge. You attach the specific expander to the anchor loop with the carabiner included in the package.
This allows you to strengthen each side of the body separately, helping you to focus better on the correct execution of exercises.

The top surface of the Epicstar balance board is covered with a non-slip layer pleasant for bare feet while being sufficiently durable for shoe soles. The Epicstar balance board roller can also be used indoors without the need for a mat - it does not leave marks on the floor.
For higher safety, the underside of the board is equipped with end stops on which you can stick adhesive soft pads for increased floor protection.
