INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROPER SHAPING OF THE MOUTHGUARD:
The silicone mouthguard is flexible and in most cases does not need to be shaped.
1. Prepare boiling and cold water
2. Place the mouthguard in hot water for 30 seconds
3. Remove the mouthguard and place it in cold water for 1 second
4. Remove the mouthguard and put it onto the upper teeth, shape and press it so that the teeth are in the central position and while in this position suck out water and air until the mouthguard hardens
5. Remove the mouthguard and put it into cold water
If the mouthguard does not fit well, repeat the procedure.
The mouthguard is fitted to the upper palate. The mouthguard is supplied in a plastic case.
