The DBX BUSHIDO ARM-100021 mouthguard is designed for maximum safety not only in combat sports. The inner gel layer increases wearing comfort. The outer rubber layer is equipped with air channels that facilitate breathing when the teeth are clenched and also with two pads that increase the stability of the guard during biting. As a result of the use of two layers the mouthguard is overall thicker and therefore more comfortable.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROPER SHAPING OF THE MOUTHGUARD:
1. Prepare hot and cold water.
2. Place the mouthguard in hot water for 30 seconds.
3. Take the mouthguard out and dip it in cold water for 1 second.
4. Remove the mouthguard from the cold water and place it onto the upper teeth in your mouth, shape and press it so that the teeth are in the central position of the gel insert and press the teeth into the gel layer. While in this position, suck out water and air until the mouthguard sets.
5. Remove the mouthguard and put it into cold water.
If the mouthguard does not fit well, repeat the procedure.
The mouthguard is worn on the upper palate. The inner gel layer increases comfort, stability and safety. The mouthguard is supplied in a plastic case.
